About us
ARGIS Living is the real estate development platform of ARGIS, a Spanish integrated capital management firm.
From this position, we manage the entire development process internally—from conception and design through to delivery—with a high level of control over timelines, costs, and quality.
We work under rigorous criteria for sustainability (ESG), energy efficiency, and applied innovation, ensuring consistency between the project’s design, its execution, and the final product.
An Integrated Model
As a developer, ARGIS Living designs and builds both residential projects for sale and properties that will be managed through our flex living platform, Flipco! by ARGIS.
This integration of development and management allows us to design properties from the outset with a long-term vision, optimizing their functionality, maintenance, and user experience. The result is buildings that are more efficient, functional, and tailored to their actual use.
