ARGIS Buys 1,000 Homes from Acciona for 324 Million

ARGIS, an integrated capital management firm specializing in real estate investment, has acquired 1,016 homes from Acciona for 324 million euros, in a transaction advised by Jones Lang Lasalle. With this purchase, the company now has over 3,000 units under development and consolidates its presence in Spain’s major residential markets.

The portfolio includes 11 developments in Madrid, Barcelona, and Terrassa, currently under construction and scheduled for delivery in 2026. The transaction reinforces the strategy of balanced growth between the Build to Sell (BTS) and Build to Rent (BTR) models, and marks ARGIS’s entry into Barcelona.
