ARGIS Living Launches ARGIS Nova Marina, its Second Residential Project in the Province of Barcelona

ARGIS’s residential development platform is launching 184 one- and two-bedroom homes, all with terraces and garages, in the La Marina del Port neighborhood

ARGIS Living, the residential development platform of the Spanish integrated capital management firm (GCI) ARGIS, has begun marketing ARGIS Nova Marina, a residential complex of 184 homes located in La Marina del Port, in Barcelona’s Sants-Montjuïc district.

The development consists of a single 15-story building with 1- to 3-bedroom units. All units feature a furnished kitchen, a parking space, and a terrace. One-bedroom units start at €271,000—with an average floor area of 60 m²—while two-bedroom units start at €324,000 and average 90 m² of floor area.

The development’s design prioritizes spaciousness and natural light through large windows. The common areas include a gym, pool, and solarium, a coworking space, a multimedia room, a gourmet room, and a multipurpose room. On the 15th floor, there is a rooftop offering ocean views. The development also features two communal terraces on the 5th floor. ARGIS Nova Marina is in the process of obtaining BREEAM “Very Good” certification, one of the leading standards in sustainable construction.
