ARGIS is Launching ARGIS North Tower, a Development of 68 Homes Near Madrid Nuevo Norte

ARGIS presents ARGIS North Tower, a new residential development located at 18 Avenida de Burgos, next to Madrid Nuevo Norte. The development features 68 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, including penthouses and ground-floor apartments with gardens, all of which have a terrace or outdoor space. Prices range from €589,000 to €1,511,000.

The design of the 11-story development has been conceived to prioritize efficiency: interiors with a high level of soundproofing, solar-control and low-emissivity glazing, as well as a high-performance thermal envelope and sustainable materials on the façade, which earns the building an A energy rating.

The company’s goal is to capitalize on the demand for quality new housing in one of the most promising areas of northern Madrid, where the available supply falls short of meeting that demand.

ARGIS’s new project is a gated community with spacious common areas designed for everyday living: a gym, a pool with a sun deck, an outdoor gourmet area, a children’s play area, a social lounge, a wine cellar, and a pet spa, among others. It is located in a prime enclave in northern Madrid, well-connected to the public transportation network and the main access routes to the city center, and is surrounded by amenities, national and international schools, and green spaces. Additionally, it lies within the sphere of Madrid Nuevo Norte, the major urban development project set to redefine one of the city’s most promising areas.

The building that now houses ARGIS North Tower once housed the offices of Manpower. ARGIS acquired it last March from the Blackstone investment fund and the servicer Aliseda through its vehicle ARGIS LIVING FUND II.
